To request a credit or refund, please fill out the form below.

This form is only for those who wish to withdraw from the term and receive a credit or refund for the entire balance of the term (your spot will not be held for you when we re-open). If you wish to hold your spot until we re-open and do not want a credit/refund, you do not need to fill out this form. Your credits for missed classes due to our delayed start will automatically be adjusted upon re-opening.

Please note that:

• credits never expire and there is no processing fee

• there is a $25 processing fee associated with refunds

• it could take up to 14 business days for accounting requests to show up on your account

• accounting requests will only be accepted through this form (not email, social media, etc.).

• only submit 1 form per student. Once you've submitted a form, there is no need to submit a duplicate form.

• you will receive a confirmation email once your credit or refund has been processed.

• after your refund has been processed, it may take up to 14 business days to return to your credit card.
