Sam has had a love for swimming since she was young, finding joy being in any body of water. She put this passion and love into becoming a competitive swimmer with the University of Manitoba Junior Bison competition team. Sam has swam competitively for the past 5 years. Throughout her time swimming, Sam has trained thousands of hours and swam at dozens of swimming competitions, including some that she had the opportunity to travel for!

Now Sam is looking forward to helping new swimmers to feel the same joy that she does while swimming, as well as helping others to become strong and confident in the water.
