Swim Clinic with a Local Olympian

The H2O Academy partnered up with 2016 Olympic Bronze Medalist Chantal Van Landeghem of Winnipeg and Founder of ProA Fitness and former speed swimmer Carolina Sternberg for an evening of inspiration and skills! This swim clinic was exclusively open to Winnipeg Winter Club members and H2O Families ages 8 – adult who were looking to take their swimming to the next level. It focussed on improving body position, stroke technique & skills, dives & turns, and more! After the clinic a private reception was held where participants took part in a Q & A, meet ‘n greet, and photos!
